How far in advance should I order?
Please order at least 4 weeks prior to your event date. Custom sets take time to plan and prepare, and calendar spots fill up fast!
Orders requested with two weeks’ notice or less will incur an additional rush fee, pending calendar availability.
Orders placed after the 4-week deadline are capped at a maximum of 2 dozen cookies.
Last-minute inquiries are always subject to calendar availability, so booking early is always the best way to guarantee your spot!
How do I get started?
Visit our Bake My Batch page to submit a order request! Here is how it works:
Fill out the request form with your event date, estimated cookie count, and any design vision or color palette ideas you have so far. (Not sure on design yet? No problem! We can refine the details together.)
I’ll review your request, confirm calendar availability, and follow up to discuss your vision and provide a customized quote.
Once you approve the final design, a 50% non-refundable deposit locks in your spot on the baking calendar!
Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes, custom sets have a minimum requirement of 1 dozen (12 cookies) and a maximum limit of 4 dozen (48 cookies) per order. Keeping batch sizes within this range ensures every single cookie receives the detail, time, and care it deserves!
While larger orders are not generally offered, requests over 4 dozen may be accommodated depending on calendar availability, theme complexity, and design details, and will incur an additional fee.
Can I request specific themes or colors?
Absolutely! Custom designs are what it's all about. Color swatches, party invitations, mood boards, or inspiration photos can be included directly in your inquiry form to shape your palette and style. Rather than recreating another cookier's work step-for-step, your details and theme will serve as inspiration to craft a unique custom set just for your celebration!
How much do custom cookies cost?
Custom decorated cookies start at $4.50 each. Because every batch is tailored specifically for your event, total pricing varies based on design detail and complexity. You can find more details about what's included on the Bake My Batch page!
Do you offer gluten-free, nut-free, or vegan options?
Not at this time! While I don't use nuts in my standard recipes, our cookies are baked in a kitchen that processes wheat, dairy, eggs, and other common allergens. Because of this, I cannot offer certified gluten-free, nut-free, or vegan options at this time.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to lock your date in our baking calendar and confirm your order. The remaining balance is due prior to pickup or delivery. This allows me to reserve your spot and begin planning your custom set!
Can I freeze my cookies?
Yes, absolutely! Custom sugar cookies freeze exceptionally well without losing their delicious flavor or detail. Detailed care, freezing, and thawing instructions will be provided right with your order to ensure they stay perfectly fresh! If your pickup date is a week or two before your event, simply follow the included freezing steps to preserve that fresh-baked flavor right up until celebration time.
What ingredients do you use?
We believe great cookies start with simple, delicious ingredients baked with love! Our custom cookies are always made fresh from scratch using quality staples:

Can I cancel or change my order date?
Because custom cookie sets reserve a spot on my calendar and require advance planning, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order.
If you need to cancel your order within 10 days of placing it, any remaining balance paid beyond the 50% deposit will be fully refunded. After that 10-day window, orders are non-refundable as prep work and ingredient sourcing are underway. If your date changes, please reach out as soon as possible and I'll do my best to help!
Do you deliver or offer local pickup?
Free delivery is provided for locations within a 5-mile radius! Deliveries between 6 and 30 miles within Virginia will include a distance-based fee on the final invoice. For orders exceeding 30 miles or located further south in VA, local pickup is available as a flexible workaround!
